Bukola Saraki has been elected the President of the Nigerian Senate of the eight session of the national assembly. Only Bukola Saraki was nominated by the senator-elect for the position and has been sworn in. Abubakar Bukola Saraki (born 19 December 1962) is a senator for Kwara, Nigeria. He was elected in the April 2011 elections, having previously served two terms in office as governor of Kwara State.
