The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) had filed a case against Kashamu seeking to procure his arrest and extradition to the US to face drug charges.

Attempts to arrest and extradite Ogun State Senator, Buruji Kashamu have been brought to a halt by a Federal High Court in Lagos. The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) had filed a case against Kashamu seeking to procure his arrest and extradition to the US to face drug charges.
