Nice move by the head midget. Elrufai seem to be well prepared and desirous to deliver. Buhari should borrow a leaf. Small government is the way forward. How can Nigeria spend 80% of her budget on recurrent expenditure? Some clans will flood the civil service with their folks then use the NLC as a blackmailing weapon to force the hands of the government to increase wages. The result is that every kobo earned is used to pay both existing and ghost workers. Turning a country into an ATM. No country has ever developed that way. |
