if they have sent you an email, follow up with them and do what they says. as a protocol, you must be verified because of credit card theft. for your information godaddy is still the cheapest domain registrar so far. for calling it normally takes them 2 to 4 minutes to pick your call. to have an easy access when you call, put your customer number and CALL IN PIN

Ok...they sent me a mail to change my password which i have done... but it still shows account is locked......

probably it will only work in USA. try der chat on their support website. http://support.godaddy.com

Thank God O.... Godaddy don free me.... i didnt send them any atm or id card.... na their customer care i manage call and i explained everything to them.... thanks to you all webmasters
