In a bid to reduce dependence on Mobile Powerbanks , Gionee have announced Marathon M5 with 6020mAh Battery.



This smartphone has two pairs of 3010mAh batteries , making a total of 6020mAh. Gionee integrated fast and dual charging chips that will allow both batteries to charge at the same time at a fast rate. Marathon M5 promises up to 62 hours of standby even if the phone has only 5% of power left.



Gionee Marathon M5 has a 5.5-inch HD (720x1280 pixel) Amoled display, and is powered by a 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM. It sports 16GB of built-in storage that can be expanded via microSD card (maximum capacity unspecified). It features a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapxiel front camera.
