Executive Chef

Requirement
2-5 years of experience. Must be a professional in Continental, Chinese and Nigerian dishes. Must be versatile.



Bar Tenders (Male)
Bartenders prepare standard mixed drinks and pour wine and beer. Must be able to make cocktails. Or quick learner.
SSCE/OND. Must be well spoken. Hardworking and neat/good looking. Applicants may not be older than 30 years.

Bouncers/Door Supervisor
As a Door Supervisor you will be an essential part of the venue safety team, maintaining order and customer care and safety.

Your responsibilities will involve supervising customer arrivals, carrying out identification checks, screening and searching individuals, controlling entry and exit routes, crowd control and customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
. Applicants must also have good written English and good verbal communication skills.


Security/Marshals
Crowd control. Parking lot assistance.

Cleaner
General Cleaning


Sou Chef/Asst Chef
Oversees the daily kitchen operations with executive chef also acts as executive chef when the chef is not available.

DJ
In house DJ needed to play lounge music. DJ with great knowledge and extensive music library. Someone who understands lounge music. Will compile Neo-Soul, 90s to early 2000s R&B and hiphop during day time lounge hours. And can ultimately turn up the heat at Friday/Saturday nights with latest dance tracks. We have high quality music system in place. Powered speakers and mixers.

All applicants must be residents of Lagos with proximity to Ikorodu (Ketu/Ojota) or live in Ikorodu. Or alternatively able to live in Ikorodu at company's provided accommodation.
