 Samson Siasia National Under-23 team coach Samson Siasia has invited Norway-based defender Sola Akinyemi ahead of next month’s crucial CAF Championship qualifier against Congo. Nigeria host Congo in Abuja on July 18 in the first leg. qualifier for the Olympic qualifier to be played in Senegal in November. The 22-year-old was omitted from the squad for the 2013 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Turkey, after he was invited to the team. According to AfricanFootball.com, Akinyemi is expected to arrived at the team’s training camp in Abuja later this week.
