How? This is not the first time robbers will do that in Lagos. Lagos state government and Lagos police command should be probed and if possible heads must role.It happened similarly few years back at ketu, this prompted Lagos state government to use tax payers money to buy 2 crime surveillance/fighter helicopters. We should be asking questions, where are the helicopters for the over 2 hours the robbery operation was going on?

But what you get are SERVICE CHIEFS more interested in phucking Undergraduate Girls, anywhere they are posted.
Police Officers who are more interested in Bribes, Rogers, extra-judicial killing of innocent and harmless citizens (while running away from criminals like these ones who can give then a fight!)

Army personnel who are more interested in terrorizing civilians just to prove how strong they are!
Naval personnel who are more into bunkering than protecting the Nations borders!

Security Personnel who spend majority of their free-time (at times, even work hours) in DRINKING ALCOHOL, CHASING PUNANNY and engaging in "Local Champion" behaviours?

Why wont these clueless Robbers be made to feel like Ocean Twelve and Fast & Furious 7 combined?

We need highly educated men who have a passion for technology, to be led by someone who is EXPOSED and INTELLIGENT, to lead our Security Forces, not those pot-bellied, snoring scallywags we parade as "Security officers".
How many Police Stations and Police Cars are linked by Fast Broadband?
....and does Oga just use it to watch PORN and jerk-off in his/her office grin
How many "UNMARKED VEHICLES" do we have in the Police force
..... and does Oga uses them to buy "food stuff" for family members at the market or just use them to cruise around shocked shocked

I have lived long enough in foreign countries and partook/seen how it works and l can tell you that it is these unmarked vehicles that CRACK or Nip it in the bud, most criminal activities

Honestly, we have not even DECIDED to tackle crime, not to talk-less of "STARTING"... wink wink

All these Square-pegs we put in Round-holes no be am. trust me on that.
Robbers will continue to have a field day.... except where luck just runs against them, which is far in-between.

When will NPF & our security agencies transcend from this abysmal state to a more competent stand! When will we record a better security by this forces! I don't want to believe that it's irremediable,if other country can do this, then NIG will, i somewise don't push all blames to NPF when all they possess are archaic weaponry updated eons ago,how then do u go after well-armed robbers that will be suicidal.! * I believe, instead of allowing all their years and suffering and money to just go down the drain, they all decided to make proper good use of it to enrich themselves, either by hook or by crook, after all, our politicians are the real thieves with escorts and convoys dully paid for with the tax payers money.

* they have decided to take their own fair share of the economy.

* we are becoming sophisticated in crime by the day. Soon our law enforcement agencies can not catch a simple road thief,because their experience is outdated and of no use.

*all those criminals are not touts, they are not the normal agbero, urchins that u always see roaming the streets, these criminals are well educated, they are smart, u can hardly detect them. Don't be surprised that these guys have left this country only to return in 2yrs time to enjoy their loots.

Post that Imo State Commissioner of Police to Lagos state to fight dare-devil criminals like these ones.

The man was looking for favour and promotion from Buhari government as he illegally arrested innocent marchers for Biafra and clamped them in custody.

Too much Hollywood movies dey worry these thieves. Burning those vehicles is just punishing the owners, even if them shlt for the car, drop strands of hair or leave DNA residues, that one no be for Nigeria Police, who get time for forensic analysis here. Bottom line, them for leave the cars intact, make the owners come bail them.
To me, it is good that they bombed/burnt those cars. May be the owners didn't report the missing cars at police stations, and that alone could have put them in trouble. The cars are all SUV's, the owners can afford new ones.

I an quite confident that these robbers would be apprehended by the police in lagos.

I dont know how they do it in a force that is rotten, but the police in lagos have always cracked 70 to 80 percent of big crimes like this.

There is one Abba Kyari whose name is always mentioned for leading the team cracking most of these crimes. Yea! The lekki robbers were caught. Thank God no life was lost in this one.

Its only a matter of days,weeks or a few months before they are caught
