He should as well resign and let the FG take complete charge over his state

A circular was passed frm d office of d head of service to all Federal Minitries 4 all civil servants all over d federation 2 contribute either in cash or kind 2 those in IDP camps on or b4 monday 29th June 2015. All contributions would get to Abuja by 30th & will be distributed accordingly.

Dis is one of d source of the relief materials. (If u know any civil servant, u can confirm dis info)
