Lack of understanding and illiterate level among politician is what is creating the problem. What the federal republic of Nigeria had said in its constitution is like the republic of benin written in its constitution that the citizen of western Nigeria can enjoy citizen status.

That does not give buhari power inside the country in the western nigeria.

The country of western Nigeria has its own government. And head of state, different from. Nigeria. And buhari is been brief on the issue.


The issue is many nigeria politician are. Not well educated and lack exposure.
