Is Nigeria's problems with ministers? All ministries have perm secs and these guys can drive the process for the interim. If one looks at all that Buhari has been doing, it is glaring he is being meticulous and trying to avoid the problems of the past. This change has to be systematic and gradual and that is what is playing out. The change is not being defered at all. |
