I don't believe in commissioning of projects as the money usually earmarked for the commissioning ceremonies gulp money that can be used for a small projects. I know how much it will cost us for instance to invite Mr President to Imo State for project commissioning. Logistics alone will take much and that I will not do- Gov Rochas Okorocha |
