I want to know why sokoto, kano, katsina, bauchi, Oyo, Lagos, jigawa will get part of the money from excess crude-oil account and abia won't. Just an explanation. The published list of okonjo iweala didn't include abia in the states that received money from excess crude oil account. 1 Like |
