How would they spend a whopping €185bn on Nigeria alone. Na we born them abi na we grant them independence. What kind of journalism is this? The real news should be "Canadian firm would access 185 billion euros European Union Fund for renewable energy projects in Enugu and Nasarawa States." Noticed the word "Access"? The money accessed from the fund may not be more than €5bn.
