Obviously Buhari just contested the presidential election for the mere sake alone of wanting to occupy the Peesidency.

If this gerriatic confused fool was serious in reforming Nigeria he would have at least since nominated ministers for these critical ministries. :

1. Minister of Foriegn Affairs
The Minister of Foreign Affairs is crucial in today's govt tackling an insurgency in the NE as we are all privy to how failed diplomatic relations with the US and West seriously harmed our fight against terror. The last administration failed in highlighting the extent of US near total lack of support for whatever reason and took only a "gentle man" approach in begging US Govt for continued support which never came. In the War on terror and specifically Boko Haram which has since sworn alliance to ISIS, global cooperation in terms of tracking down and blocking international funding for Boko Haram is crucial. Without any solid diplomatic currency, the war on terror will continue to drag on.

2. Minister of Defense
A coordinating minister of the Ministry of Defense who will formulate strategic policy frame work in strengtning our security networks and improve coordination among the security outfits saddled with the responsibility of eradicating both internal and external threats ought to have since been appointed if Buhari was ever serious in ending Boko Haram.

3. Minister of Finance
The urgent need to truly diversify our economy in light of dwindling oil prices and the pressure it has put on our currency and an economy that is wholly import based can not be understated. Buhari ought to have appointed by now a minister of Finance to chart a new policy frame work towards shoring up our foriegn reserves and attracting much needed direct foriegn investment. But he hasn't and maybe because he still exist in an era where oil can subsidize a nation of 170million consumers with little or no production base. Maybe he is working on single-handely "stabilizing international oil prices".

Buhari is obviously only interested in rewarding his cronies with ministerial and govt positions without attracting neccessary backlash in his so far highly sectional appointees. I won't be suprised if Buhari has not mandated Perm Secs and Directors in the MDAs to be reporting to some of his cronies in the background and that this delay we are witnessing in him to simply setup his own team is occasioned on him not knowing how he will sideline the federal character in his appointments.

I also am privy to the reason he has refused to sack the current Service chiefs due to the ethnicity and religion of those in waiting. Buhari is simply waiting for an excuse to sack these officers to replace them with their northern Muslim subordinates.

God help us from this gross stupidity.

What should I say

That "I've been scammed by the likes of Tinubu and Amaechi who because of their personal inordinate greedy and myopic ambitions was made to believe that a highly sectional gerriatic despotic bigot, Buhari is a change agent".
