We all saw how intense the attack on Bokoharam was before the elections. I thought buhari would move at that pace, but it now seems like buhari is more interested in APC than casualties from Bokoharam.

I dont know if he is buying time for them to regroup and overwhelm the army, then he will introduce amnesty.
