You hear of empty reserve ,states are borrowing money to pay workers salary,fg is reducing the no of ministries to cut down cost,they are trying to recover stolen fund..and you are talking of 38k,as much as I'd love to pick up my phone at the end of the month and see 38k alert... I don't think this shii is possible ..
