I had wondered what will make a naija man in that capacity (wey dey see money) to just resign like that.

A naija man will never choose to resign except under gun point

Not until I saw the photo of Ahmad Farroukh, that i knew he is not a naija

Congrats man.

When you hear unexpected resignation attributed to 'personal and family reasons', there is usually alot more left unsaid and better left unsaid.

@ danpaul1 don't even pray for a Nigerian to take over from him. you will be shocked at what he will do. just imagine what the current CEO in Nigeria is doing? since he came in everything has turned from bad to worse. ask any staff and get the whole gist

Exactly what am thinking. .but what could prompt such resignation. It has to be something that can tarnish the image of MTN as a brand and instead of being fired. ...due to long years of service. E was asked to resign on ground of family and or personal reasons. E dey season films nah.

His successor should be Nigerian otherwise.. What?

They should appoint a Nigerian or we boycott using MTN. We have contributed a lot to that boring telecommunication and it is time we have our own person at the topmost position who would solve the poor service problem we experience in our country.

MTN, PLEASE,WE WANT A NIGERIAN TO TAKE THE POSITION OF FARROUK! It is our turn to lead!

A Nigerian would always have the interest of his brothers (Nigerians) at heart b4 making/implementing policies such as reducing call tarrifs, eradicating mtn's continuous stealing frm customers etc
