Draw Soup = 1/2

Egusi = 2

Vegetable with Egusi = 5

Efo Riro = 3

Stew with Ewedu = 1

maybe to your system? if i eat 4 in the morning i will still manage 2-3 at noon then will take 2-3 in the evening depending work rate after lunch
