● ALL revenue generating agencies such as the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) and Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), MUST pay ALL their revenues into the Consolidated Revenue Fund (CFR).

● Agencies like NNPC would NO LONGER be allowed to withdraw funds that should have been remitted to the CFR to meet its expenses before remitting whatever balance it deems fit.

● Agencies like NNPC are now REQUIRED to present a budget of its annual operational costs for approval and subsequent appropriation

● Federal Government is obliged to abide by the provisions of Sections 80 and 162 of the constitution and ensure more accountability, transparency and integrity in the distribution of revenue from the Federation Account.

..............CONCLUSION.............

The first major and let me say UNPRECEDENTED benefit of the reform is the $2.1billion proceeds from NLNG that was used to alleviate the sufferings of unpaid workers.

During the days of "Goat-Eat-Yam" regime NNPC used to arbitrarily spend the proceeds from NLNG on alleged subsidy items.

Gone are the days of fiscal recklessness, gone are the days of arbitrarily stealing Federally Generated revenue in the name of subsidies and operational costs!

They said the man na "Baba go slow" but TANoids have forgotten the wise saying "slow and steady win the race". PMB will surely win the race. Nigeria will be better.

Imagine Baba has not even unfolded 1/100th of his revolutionary plans for Nigeria and we are seeing positive changes and d ww are already almost shouting themselves hoarse.
What will happen when baba finally settles down and starts unfolding plans and actions on a daily basis; the wailing wailers would commit suicide.
