Wow, I remember this....i was master dubber with this tape. Ray power fm hear am from me with my dubbing skills, those commercials used to catch me unawares sometimes.
Fixing a cut tape wasn't easy too.

The last and in fact one of the best audios I heard with this stuff was an "audio drama" of the poular yoruba novel "Ogboju Ode Ninu Igbo Irunmole" serenading the heroic exploits of *Olowo-aye*. If you listen to a fight scene between him and **esu kekere od**.
Oh my! You can't get the feeling...
Re: Did You Ever Use This? by kelvyn7: 9:53pm On Jul 14, 2015
wowww! ♡

Technology has really gone far ☆☆☆

Imagine playing a cassette to the end then u have to rewind it again to allow u play it.

right now just press a remote control and it jumps to any location to play grin grin ☆☆☆☆☆

I still use them

Omo,my dad's own that we used in those days is still around but grounded.Overtaken by CDs and all the modern ones but,I still have all the cassettes intact and would fix the player and keep for reference.

Feels good.

Hahahahaha you just reminded me of that "chopping" of tape by the radio.Sometimes the thing will coil so much that the tape becomes useless and you have just lost that one.
sweetguy10:
Memorriiiiiiiiiieeeeessssss !!

Those times when my dad's faulty stereo would 'chop' the tape and change to the music to that of some confused aliens singing .

Sharply my sister go shout "Tunde press stop o ti n ko je " meaning the radio is "chopping" the tape . The perfect solution to fix the chopped tape is this two combo being displayed , it worked like magic back then.

Not only do we use Biro to rewind or forward cassette , but we also knack the cassette on our lap or any other thing if it doesn't play well.

The old days when Muhammadu Buhari was Nigeria's HoS. The days when he told we youths that we were the future leaders.

Today we still remain youths at 65 since Muhammadu Buhari did not quit the scene.

Those of you who voted Muhammadu Buhari as president in this modern age - go and examine yourselves.

Some kinds of silly questions we see these days.

Do you think its kids that are here? undecided

You do realise anyone born in 1998 would now be about 17 and may not have a clue. The CD was in full effect by 2002 when they would have been old enough to understand.

Some of these people are tryekyt kids, I don't expect many of them to understand the term Honda babyboy or honda bullet.

I remember "dubbing" the music played from the radio stations,
even though the presenters after a few minutes interval would
announce the radio station's name to frustrate the "dubbing"
