Pls can someone help me out on how a gantt chart showing the activities of planning for the construction of a duplex should look like...

Like I need the procedures in the construction of a storey buildingI from the design stage...

Gantt chat without duration? Cos the durations will depend on the size of the duplex.

But basically its 2 stages. Design and construction.

Design:
U will need a survey plan of the site, showing the site area, shape, access road and geographical north.
You talk to the client about his preferences in the building. Thereafter u get to doing the architectutal design or give to an architect is you dont know how to design. You present initial drawing for corrections and modification to ur client. Once approved u proceed to do the structural, mechanical, and electrical aspects of the drawing. Get dem stamped by registered professions in each field and submit the final drawings to your client fot him to get LGA/ council approval.

Construction:
Site clearing
Set up temporary or permanent perimeter fence
Setting out (iron wotos can start as soon as u finish setting up perimeter fence)
Excavation.
Bliding of foundation footing and strip foundation base (column base)
Block work to dpc level.
Cast columns up to dpc level
Cast ground floor slab (German floor)
Block work to lintel.
Boarding and casting of column and lintels
Block work after lintel to beams
Form work for columns beams and slabs as well as supports and brazing
Construct and fix reinforcement
Cast slab beams and column.
Block work to lintel.
Formwork for column
Cast column concrete
Block work to roof beam
Cast roof beam.
Roof work
Electrical and plumbing firings
Ceilings
Plastering and finishing
Doors and windows and other furniture
Dressing. Tiling etc.

Stair case can be cast anywhere before or after casting of first floor slab!

These are basically the proceedures. I may have missed some, but that's it basically!

Durations depend on the work lord and work force u mobilize to do the work.

I can only give u durations for curing of slabs (21 days) and lintels (3 days to remove the boards on the sides).
