The attention of relevant enforcement bodies of Lagos state government is required immediately as the music and public address system is having uncomfortable effect on the neighborhood. Residents of the Police barracks, Pelewura, Lander Close etc,are having nightmares.

Lander close in particular is virtually inside the Amusement park and is now having double trouble.LASEPA has conveniently closed It's eyes and ears to the seemingly illegal conversion of a property on Liverpool Road, Cynergy Suites, to drinking joint that blares loud music day and night So when the park closes, the drinking joint takes over .

LASEPA should do their job and let us have some sleep. Was there no environmental impact assessment before the project was approved? The noise level from the park should be controlled , at least to previous levels before the renovation. Nobody should play the ostrich here as the apparently resourceful revenue drive by the state government is the raison d'etre of this project , amusement is secondary .

Ambode, over to you.

Whoever owns it is not the issue. Residents interest is paramount and government intervention is required.
