Go to forum games board, scroll down you'll see the name of the moderator there, send him an e-mail indicating your reason, your preferred board, and any other information you feel might increase your chances and he will treat it accordingly. (he's the HRM of Nairaland)

The criteria for becoming a moderator is shrouded in secrecy. I've seen a nairaland moderator who just joined in May 2016 and is a moderator already. He doesn't even have much posts. If God pick your call, that's all.
