Sources conversant with the goings on within the Nigeria/USA diplomatic circles indicate that the President of the federal republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari is certain to embark on more arrests of officials of the Goodluck Jonathan administration.

The information indicates that a list had been prepared by the Buhari kitchen cabinet of the top officials to be arrested and investigated for mind-boggling corruption.

The list was drafted prior to President Buhari trip to the United State of America.
Specifically, President Buhari is set to trigger a deluge of arrests of high profile officials.

The arrest is to come immediately following his return from US. The President had delayed the arrests in order to seek a concrete nod from President Obama over supposed “untouchables” contained in the list.

Among the untouchables mentioned in the list include officials within the security ranks and officials within finance management and petroleum resources management.

A source indicates that the Obama administration had given President Buhari an earlier go ahead – prior to the current visit. I still maintain that anyone no matter how highly or lowly placed that has ever stolen from the collective commonwealth should be forced to return such loot and then see the four walls of a prison yard with a minimum of 25years.

It is a crime against humanity to steal billions and stash them somewhere while your immediate locality can't boast of the basic things of life. I just can't seem to get the logic!!!
