No fewer than 100 persons died on Wednesday during an operation in vandalisation of pipelines and theft of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) in Arepo, Ogun State. It was gathered that the vandals had already concluded their operation and were to leave when their speed boat refused to start. A source who spoke on a condition of anonymity said, so many of them “were so burnt that their faces could not be recognised”. “It was while trying to start the speedboat that there was a spark.
