As an aspirant of futminna, I spent lot of time thinking of which course I am to go for between telecoms and elect..i applied 4 telecoms in my jamb nd scored a high score nd also sure of admission as a predegree student. BT some factors made me want to change to elect dept

1.opportunities and versatility:as an elect engg u hv a very broad nd versatile career like d telecoms itself, oil&gas sectors etc.bt as a telecoms engg u only face the telecoms nd it sector

2.origination:im from the northern part of Nigeria, from yobe state do I thing tribalism and some other factors won't allow me get a job after school cos almost everything about telecoms in Nigeria are in d south and weat

3.grade:i also learnt that if u graduate. With a anything less than 2.1 no hope for you in the telecoms. Sector

Pls dear Nairalanders I need us advice on whc path to follow thanks
