Lazy meals?, thats a first. . . .well Ur best bet will be to make large portions over the weekend . . . . preserve them nicely

and then bring 'em out over the week and warm it up, and then u have a full meal ready to eat. . . . .

u can make jollof rice in a large quantity, stew, beans, porriage, (yam, or plaintain) or whatever Ur choice of food preference might be!!

Hope this helps!!

Make different sandwiches. That's what I do, BLT, egg mayo, tuna, maya and corn, ham n cheese, grilled chicken salad. Just make the fillings and store them in the fridge.

GBAM.

how about nuts? almonds, pistachios, peanuts, cashews etc etc
you could also try fruits. all sort of berries to be precise strawberries, black berries, red berries, green berries, cherries etc etc. mix em up and top it up with yogurt (and not cream)

Garri and honey roasted peanuts.
Add a teaspoon of sugar, preferably brown sugar.
Then you're good to go.
