Femilangy and Kitaun on the same page. Eko o ni baje o Rio is genetically useless. Why be say Na Vidic dey get involved in all the duels and Rio was doing what. Check the 3rd goal and see how Oshea even raked for Rio, Th same way Santa Cruz disgraced him. Rio is USELESS!!! |

No matter how much one wants to pick the bones, truth is we had an off day and uncharacteristically could not build on a lead. Blame Rio, everybody, fact is the team lost. The way to go is forward, simple. |

@ ?! most chelsea fans are having title hopes!! @ present Reason? manchester united lost at home to liverpool they are so happy this weekend with little to complain about------seven days time will be a tough derby with spurs!! AT THE END OF THE DAY WE SHALL SEE WHO IS LAUGHING TITLE HOPES KO TILTLE HOPES NI? IN YOUR DREAMS!! chelsea is only contending for automatic champions league spot two. they are no title contenders!! |

IF THEY LIKE LET THEM BEAT MANCHESTER UNITED 10-1 The most important part to be remembered is when they are celebrating wining the premiership title -------if dem like make dem beat actor/ protagonist for movie black and blue the most interesting part is when the actor wins at the end of the movie---------WHO CARRY CUP NA IM SABI SOCCER!! the whole season is more important than one match!! frankly it was nice seeing them lose------and it will be interesting seeing them get up next week ,play their outstanding game while chelsea drops 3 points at spurs. the season red die THE SEASON IS VERY RED!! |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by rikkyjen(m): 9:47pm On Mar 15, 2009 |
@ Dr kit? Where have you dey, man? You must be a tall cap Alufa in disguise! You don start with your "Jehova Jireh and Jesus is on the throne" special numbers again . Abi, Dr kit get him Doctorate in Theology? @ Akolawole. The EPL is a wrap. You and i know this result is a painful one but its inconsequential. Pool had to win this game otherwise no hope for 'em. We WANTED to win but we didn't have to win, the onus was'nt on us. Liverpool may have sodomised us without jelly and protection but what they have just done is to postpone their evil day by raising false hopes! I fear a resurging Chelsea a la this time last season, btu its too late. This chelsea team is in a hiatus right now! |

Look at everyone rejoicing because of yesterdays defeat. Well, it is understandable to keep talking about things that rarely happen. I just took another look at the league table and I smiled again. |

@ Bluefilm or Blow-j-giva You have been having series of orgasms over the United lose, feeling like a tormenter. You should remember UNITED always comes out of a defeat with a string of victories, please count the victories from the lose to Arsenal and tell me if the league is not wrapped up. Everyone in the top 5 will certainly still drop points. UNITED having a 4points lead with a game in hand is the position i'd rather be. |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by Emperoh(m): 8:44am On Mar 16, 2009 |
I guess its high time the loss came about Was not as if we were never gonna loose. One still in the offing though!! But whats all these noise on the thread all about? Because Man U lost? Didn't chelsea lose to them Scousers? Abeggi all you vermins should quit making hoppla calling it noise. The trophy is still ours to lose so quit yabbing balderdash!!!! Mancs We have just been riding our luck, you guys will agree with me. Complacency had already set in and we needed something to zap us back Unfortunately my fav player was the chief culprit. But i am damn sure of one thing, United will bounce and i pity Fulham They will take the hammering. At least some little competition in the title chase. 4 points with a match at hand is still a huge gap imho!! |

Thank God that we lost to LIVERPOOL in the premiership but not in the Champions league Above all we are still leading. It is only to ginger us.WE ARE BETTER THAN THEM. I pray that we meet in the next champions league match then we shall know WHO IS WHO UNITED FOREVER |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by invisible2(m): 12:05pm On Mar 16, 2009 |
My ManU friends are now refusing to pick my calls, what are they afraid of anyway? Do I look like a liverpool player to scare them shitless Dont worry friends, it happens sometimes, you just get mauled over, against all expectations and you see yourself sitting on ground zero. I watched the bout and here are my reports; Take heart brothers. Next time you should pick an opponent your size, this type of punch combinations could be fatal. First it was a body blow from Torres, then a double upper cut from Gerrard, then the flat sucker punch straight on the forehead from Dossena. VDS lost consciousness before his body touched the ground, while Ferguson swallowed his chewing gum mistakenly! Pandemonium broke out in the stands, and all possible hell were let loose, Liverpool,Chelsea and Arsenal supporters were jumping up and down in wild estcasy, like people having a collective orgasm. While tears were dropping from the faces of ManU supporters and players. |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by debosky(m): 12:34pm On Mar 16, 2009 |
Just a few comments. Was watching 'the last word' on Sky yesterday with Andy Gray. I think the dude is a big Arrow, but he made some sense yesterday. Vidic probably made MORE mistakes against Inter than against the Pool, but he got punished by Gerrard and Nando while Ibra and Zanetti couldn't make him pay. Truth is, his form has been going down for a few games now (understandably after playing so many games) but I think he will still come good. I personally think Fergie might be losing his marbles after the spanking. How can he say "It is a hard one to take because I felt we were the better team," Better at what? At fouling, better at shirt pulling, better at missing chances or better at switching off at the back |

Fergie was right, they were better in letting in more goals. |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by Nobody: 12:57pm On Mar 16, 2009 |
Rude wake-up call. Don't even know what to say. My vacation begins today and I don't like the way my team made it start out. Question is,where do we go from here? United hasn't been quite humiliated like this in all my years of watching the team.I mean,1-4 at OT is the worst kind of beating we could take. And to add to the fact that its our worst rivals,Liverpool, and we feel the pinch. But it's not the end of the world. We can turn things around, and we've got the squad for it. I feel we got caught on a bad day. Fergie himself was lost.Making triple substitutions is a gamble, and my hunch told me he was going to screw this up, A bad weekend, all haters have earned their say, though most of it has been the usual dust. |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by debosky(m): 1:01pm On Mar 16, 2009 |
@ Eastbay you had a bad day against Inter as well, but they weren't good enough to punish you. Even against Blackburn you weren't that good - if the ref had the courage to take the right decisions you would've dropped points then as well. You guys have been going through the motions of late - relying on teams already believing they had lost before facing you. The cracks and chinks of the last 3-4 games (apart from the Fulham FA Cup and Inter away CL games) have been blown open by a determined Liverpool and a referee with the cojones to take the hard (but right) decisions against Man Utd at OT. More teams coming with this type of self-belief and referees with more guts will make the next couple of games interesting. I still think Man Utd will win the title, but it will be a whole lot closer than it looked just two weeks ago. |
Re: Manchester United Fan Thread: Forever Reds by Nobody: 1:16pm On Mar 16, 2009 |
debosky, To an exent I agree with you. But having said that, liverpool's quality was the Gerrard-torres combo, one which is hard to find in the league right now. Both have pace,Torres has skills,Gerrard is versatile. That pairing can open up any team in the world. Don't know how many team in the Premiership or even Europe possess that kind of combo. That's why, looking at the league run-in,it's hard to really see who can do what those two did Saturday afternoon. |
