Our body needs lots of ingredients to function properly, which might be known or unknown to you. There are things our body needs but we get less and less of it.More-Sleep Sleep is what our body needs to function. It is expected that after working for the day, it is expected for you to have a nice balanced meal and a long hours of sleep to make your body recover from what it has lost during the day.
Lots of people don’t know the importance of sleep, after work they don’t have enough time to sleep, thereby causing unnecessary sickness and bad health conditions. There are so many things that usually take our time to sleep such as phone use, e-readers, viewing computer, and watching television.
All these affect out tendency of having a nice sleep, regular phone usage, always using your computer and watching television programs, all affect our sleep. One of the most crucial elements that affect our ability to sleep is light.
The eyes Photo-receptors respond to changes in light and regulate it rhythmically. The high exposure of our eyes to devices that radiate blue light, like smart phones, tablets, laptops and other light emitting devices, all disrupt our sleep cycles.
Blue light is important because our bodies interpret it as daylight and interprets to our body that it's not time to sleep yet. Exposing your eyes to too much light mess up for us to fall asleep especially at night.
