I think it is a bit early to talk about a second term for Yar'adua when he has barely completed two years in office. But a government that was elected for a four-year term, after almost two years should have been able to convince Nigerians of its ability to deliver on its 7-Point Agenda. Talking about second term, if we are to consider this on the basis of his achievement so far, personally he has not done enough to convince me to vote for him again, but then, two more years is still enough time for him to convince Nigerians that he can deliver the now famous Democracy Dividend. |

Right now, even PDP knows they need someone with life and capacity, someone to make their next rigging worthwhile. Yar'adua as a candidate is a guaranteed failure for PDP. The man simply lacks capacity. |

He probably won't be alive to contest by that time. If he values his life and health, he should resign by the end of this yr. |
