Microsoft has confirmed that these lumia phones will be the first to get the windows 10 mobile OS update when it is rolled over.

Lumia 430
Lumia 435
Lumia 532
Lumia 535
Lumia 540
Lumia 640
Lumia 640 XL
Lumia 735
Lumia 830
Lumia 930

The windows 10 OS update is expected to be rolled over sometime in November.

These are just the first devices as stated by Microsoft. Chances are, other devices will get the update as well.
