Dear NL chefs,

I live in the north, however due to the current security situation here, i want to learn certain recipes for stuff that take me out unnecessarily. I love Awara (Northereners should know this) most people call it cheese. And my lil cousins love Tuwon madara, its more of cooked milk or something. I would love to know the proceedure for making these; bomb cannot blow me because of awara... I'll buy the ingridients at the mall and make it myself...
