After a long and careful thought on this topic,i summoned courage to address this particular issues.knowing fully well that some of my friends and colleague in the industry might find this really offensive.Since it is directly connected to their tricks and secrets but all the same,our focus on this blog is to continually show you the real pictures to life issues and practical solutions that you can take advantage of.
Here are some problem that i have found out

They are not really smart as you think:

Don’t be fool again with the makeover that the next motivational speaker that you are going to meet in a seminar or book is smarter than you.This is your first pitfall.Once you have this kind of mindset,then you have set you up for frustration.the simple truth is that they are bunch of fellows that have carefully read up some few articles or books here and there.Then come up with some constructive and stereotype answers to a particular issues over a period of time which they go around sharing with anyone who cares to know.

Package without content:

Majority of them are actually empty vessel making noise here and there.Why am i saying this?When next you meet any motivational speaker,listen carefully in between the line of their discussion.You will observe that majority of them are not really deep as you envisage.So they tend to use packages[Good suites,Cologne,Good English] to cover up.My dear,it's funny to let you know that majority of them are first class hustlers looking for means of survival through public speaking.Therefore,they do everything possible to amplify their voice,in order to attract you as their prey.Do you need such individual around you?

They will blow you up without any real solution.

Haven't you also observed that once you leave the presence of any motivational speaker,you feel empty even though you were once pumped up to face your life issues.The real truth is that you were charged up with lots of make-up stories which were not really true.This stories are crafted to get you at the point of excitement and nothingness.As a medical doctor,before anyone proffer solution to any life situation.There is need of diagnosis in order to ascertain the source of such problem.But majority of them,keep pumping their audience up with crafted "White Lies". so stop falling for these gimmicks or you will hurt.

Rag to glory stories.

Don't be too fast to jump and shout in affirmation to that the stories of "How He moved from nothingness to something". Life journey is not Nollywood movies that one can overcome just like that.It is a lifetime experience of steady progress whether good or bad.So absorbing everything they tell you cos these stories are totally true as they are designed to get you excited and forget your pain within that moment.Pause for a minute asked yourself critical questions such, “What was the real situation surrounding the character”Did he or she have any supporting hand that made it work”. This is paramount because results in life don't happen overnight but process.So don't go through the frustration of trying to achieve your own results through their formulas. Life deals with individually because we are uniquely designed.

Finally,my suggestion is to open up mind to real solution from real experts such as successful business and professional coaches that will guide and mentor you through your process of redeeming your situation.
