Tense Channel 5 documentary follows eight-year-old Kaleem as he travels thousands of miles to get his hands reduced in size A young boy is banned from going to school because his fellow classmates think he is the "devil". Kaleem suffers from a rare medical condition called macrodactyly that means he has giant-sized hands. The eight-year-old has been excluded from school and cast out in his local village in India because he is believed to be "the child of the devil".
