Your advise, directions and ideas will be welcomed Thanks.

There is nothing exorbitant about this quotation, remember u're proposing a storey building, not a bungalow.

If I may ask, have u done the arc & structural drawings? Have seen it? Cos I'm seeing drawing. How they give quotations without drawings is what I don't get...
