Help! Slim lady needs to be fat

Seriously?
If you want to grow really plump, you'll need not less but more stress, less sleep at night, and a lot of carbohydrate and fat food. Take as little protein as possible and at the tail end of each meal, not before. A bout of depression should also give it a hand.

But if you wanna loose weight, do just the opposite. Trust me. I know what I'm talking about.
