 A passenger train derailed last night around 10pm at the Pen-Cinema crossing in Agege area of Lagos knocking off an articulated vehicle. The accident is believed to have also killed passersby and road-side traders. Maybe part of d $600m diverted was budgeted for fixing the bad rails that caused this accident. |
