Real Madrid wanted De Gea as Casilas' replacement even during Ancelotti. United wants to sell De Gea but after the last EPL campaign, and they (United) wanted Ramos but not as part of De Gea’s deal. But Ramos doesn't want to go to United but asked his dad and mom to play good cop(Ramos wants to stay at Madrid) and bad cop (Ramos wants to go to United). De Gea wanted the Real Madrid move under the condition that Casilas had to leave. Real Madrid shipped Casilas to Porto and offered Ramos an improved contract which Ramos is closed to agreeing. United seeing that they have lost out on Ramos decided to slam a 35 million pounds on De Gea.

Madrid refused to pay. United got angry and kept De Gea on the bench vs Tottenham. De Gea got angry and refused to play vs Aston Villa.

This is what happened. But who is at fault?

Is it Ramos for using his dad to encourage United and his mom to encourage Real Madrid?
