This is what you get when you refuse to seek legal advice before purchasing a land. How can one have several millions to build a house, but refuse to pay a million or 2 to properly check if he is buying a genuine land. Kobo wise...... Naira foolish. 10 Likes 2 Shares |

No two eyes the same world.. To a poor man its a big deal to a rich man it's not. Also to people who have witnessed El rufai in action in Abuja it's no big deal to those who have not seen demolitions it's a big deal. I just wish this was happening in Asaba and lokoja. Am sure one-day it will happen. |

If El-rufai was to ve Governor in Rivers State, he'll literally demolish the whole of Port Harcourt. If you wanted to see disorganised and indiscriminate building plan, PH is number 1 in Nigeria. My brothers dey sell land according to how the family shared to them without thinking organised town planning. 5 Likes |

Guy Lokoja and Asaba are battling for Number One spot. It appears PH will come third. Lokoja will win the title. Most poorly built up capital in Nigeria. Lokoja Numero Uno PH na learner. 2 Likes |

Johnpaul2k2:Seriously? I support whatever effort the government puts in place to reclaim what is theirs and give Kaduna a face lift. However, he should also understand that this is not Abuja. The people are not rich. So, compensation should be adequately provided. In addition to that, he should also remember that it is also part of his job to provide affordable housing and jobs for the people of Kaduna. That being said, I don't see him lasting more than four years. 3 Likes |
