And the stupid idiot that took his photograph and posted it online,cannot offer any assistance to the victim?? Are you serious? You have enough time to snap the picture and upload it, yet you cannot rush the victim to a nearby hospital with the assistance of all those bystanders?

I agree with u for the cctv but do they work without light at night

God will save us in this kind of country we are in.

3weeks back I lost a very DEAR uncle. He was shot by hoodlums at Ekpan, Warri while walking to his car after buying drugs from a pharmacy.

It was reported that immediately after the incident, every shop on the street packed up. Few good people were able to take him to not one but TWO good hospitals. But the big headed doctors asked for police report before he'll be treated.

He died after losing much blood (cause he was shot in the thigh).

I see that the reason why people avoid helping strangers in Nigeria in cases like this, is MOSTLY because no one wants to get involved in police case.
