Use the one from your poly.. Assume you just got into 200(or have not completed 200 like many schools) now okay ? The advert states that for DE students , you must have atleast Upper credit (3.0) from your OND and must have secured an admission into the Uni.. So I think you should use the GP from your poly..

Fill CIS in "others''.. And choose "computer information". Its the closest to our course.. During my time I chose " Computer and Information Science" and still got shortlisted.
