From what I gather, only folks with the "being accessed" status and "upload reference" option are getting invites, sadly I don't belong in that category, tough luck

Please for those that have applied before... what are the chances of someone with 2:2 and a conditional offer from Westminster... Is there a chance of getting the scholarship? or the selection is based on 2:1 and above??

I will just advise that you make enormous efforts to put in very good essays and be careful in filling all sections of the application form. Do thorough research on UK priorities in your country and forge a link between what you want to study and those Uk priorities.
