heard its the Russian presidential car

All I see is Russian flag, President written on a what look more like a graphic design. I can also see the logo of "ZIL" a Russian car brand which manufacture luxury vehicle for the communist leaders in the days of communism. Probably ZIL is trying to "ressurect"


I am 80% sure that if it is a Russian made car for Vladimir Putin, The word "President" will be written in Russian Language "Президент".
