A pastor called blessed has a 13year old boy in his flat crying profusely from repeated flogging in Agbado a suburb of Lagos.The cry of the boy attracted the neighbours and it is observed tha he is chained.when we confronted the pastor to unchained the boy he refused and told us the boy is being tortoured to become a pastor
