I think though he should not have said this, but this is just d reality of wat is being done in Nigeria, check all d states n u would realize dat project are distributed according to voting pattern. Even d voters, simply voted for the candidate simply because dey want him/her to focus on their area. It's just d sad reality in Nigeria.
