I had 5.6gig data on my phone my phone number is 08025******** but airtel sent message to me to buy 4.5gig to add and rollover to my already active 5.6gig android data bundle after I bought and activated the 4.5gig airtel defrauded me by completely removing my active valid 5.6gig. And replacing it with 4.5gig a very clear fraud instead of them rollover my 5.6 gig and add it to 4.5gig to give me 10gig and was totally ignored by their customer care center.Airtel is a company defrauding innocently unsuspecting nigerians many like me

Call their customer service and complain and see if it can be fixed. Sounds like a simple problem

True they really are defrauding people anyhow. You subscribe for 3gb and you get 1.5gb and the worst is the snub by the customer care.

If we really want the change the people of nigeria voted for the ncc needs to probe into the exploitation of nigeria by mobile telecomms network like airtel, exploiting nigerians.this is another huge sector where corruption is practised unchecked in our country
