[size=14pt]Why can't they get tippers or trucks to haul away the trash rather than leave them on the street surface?

Like if trash is pulled out of the gutters and left on the street for weeks .....then it rains again to scatter the trash all over the road and back into the gutter.
We call it "sanitation" every Saturday to bring the trash out of the gutter and place on the street surface.

Nigeria truly has a very very very long way to go.[/size]
