Seriki Adinoyi in JosA former member of the National Assembly from Plateau State, Honourable Bitrus Kaze has accused President Mohammadu Buhari and the APC-led federal government of bias in its fight against insecurity in the country, reminding Buhari of his promise to ‘belong to everybody and to nobody’.In a statement issued in Jos, Kaze noted that the APC-controlled federal government has carried on with the fight against insecurity as if some sections of the country matter more than others.“While taking over the reins of power, President Muhammadu Buhari relocated the military command centre to Maiduguri where it will remain until Boko Haram is completely subdued.“Also, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has of recent been traversing Borno State and other parts of the North East, the birthplace and operational base of the Boko Haram insurgents. But most regrettably, the federal government has completely turned a blind eye to the perpetual killings by ‘unknown herdsmen’ on the Plateau.”He said, “Since the APC took over power in May this year, an average of ten lives comprising mostly innocent women and children, have been wasted on a daily basis in Plateau State particularly in Riyom, Barkin Ladi and Bokkos LGAs.”
