What class did you finish with in your OND petroleum engineering? You could have the chance to get a job with companys like Total, chevron, shell and Exxonmobil if your result is upper credit. I know there used to be SITP for OND engineering in Shell and apprenticeship program in exxonmobil for OND engineering. The values of your certificates:
If you get jod,3rd= a good HND grade= Level 8 step 1,level 8 step 2 for 2.2 and above.
Now,OND puts you on level 6 as you can't combine the two.
You should have proceeded to PGD with your third,that gives you a level equal to best B.sc grade.
